A post from 12-06-07 on It's Miller Time.
I want to live 'where soul meets body.'
I want to be where grace thrives.
I want to do justice with compassion,
mending brokenness, seeing dreams become alive.
I want to bring peace to the lowly.
I want to provide smiles for their dismay.
I want to uplift well being, encouraging right living.
I want to acknowledge inherent dignity,
embracing difference, creating way.
I want to fix inequality.
I want to change the world.
I want to dream big, breathe trying.
Uniting, glorifying, reconciling.
I want to love the other.
If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
~Philippians 2:1-4
