Repost: "To Ask or Not to Ask: That is the Question"

Drew Gneiser of Axiom Marketing Communications posed one of many common marketing conundrums. That is, how does one appropriately ask for readership/funding/sponsors?

Drew wrote, "I think we would all agree it is important to make it easy for people to sign up for our blog's RSS feeds and give multiple options (Reader or email), but I think there are some differing opinions about actively asking for people to subscribe."
